There are many factors that determine the total cost for decorating an event. For each job there is the cost of the balloons and supplies, and the cost for delivery and/or set-up. If the venue or client would like the balloons “striked” (balloon removal from site) there is an additional fee for that.

Currently, the most popular price point for centerpieces is $30 per table. Although your choices are limitless, a typical $30 table includes 6 latex balloons in a teardrop design with curly ribbon cascading down to a decorative balloon weight. Each centerpiece can be customized to include printed latex designs, oversized latex balloons, mylar shapes and curly-Q balloons. Take a look at our gallery for more ideas.

Free-floating Helium Columns start at $75 and can be customized with any color. This design is built on site to fit the space and scale of the venue.

Super Size Spiral Arches start at $525. These balloon arches are made with extra large 17” balloons. This design is great for large venues such as ballrooms and outdoor events.

Criss Cross Single Arches start at $165 plus set-up and delivery fee. These are spectacular designs over a dance floor. They can be personalized to include a name or number

Simple Single Strand Balloon Arches “strand of pearl” start at $75 plus delivery fee.

Spiral Arches start at $275 plus set-up and delivery fees.

Spiral Balloon Columns are built on a moveable stand and start at $175 each or two for $300.

Arch prices vary according to size, decoration set-up window, type of balloon used and the type and location of venue (inside vs. outside). The delivery/set-up charge for decorating typically starts at $75. If the decorating team returns to strike the décor, there is a $75 strike fee. Distance, delivery time and size of order may effect the delivery and strike fees. All clients receive a written price quote prior to any job approval.
To truly get an accurate estimate, Balloons All Over needs to know location of event, set-up time window, ceiling height, time constraints, length of time balloons need to float and more.  A telephone consultation can answer a lot of these questions, but a face-to-face meeting is always preferable when possible.
