Pickups are scheduled Thursday through Saturday between 10 AM and 2 PM in 30-minute time slots. Your selected time is your appointment— for example, if you choose 11:00 AM, your pickup window is 11:00–11:30 AM.

I understand that an empty SUV and seats folded down is required in order to accommodate your balloon garland. Our garlands do not fit in a compact vehicle.*
